Seminars: No Exam
In order to renew an Associate Broker, Broker or Designated Broker's license,
21 hours of continuing education, including the core course, are required.

Core Course: "What Am I- And Why Is It Important?" is required by the Maine Real Estate Commission for licensees renewing after January 1, 2009.
