Seminars: No Exam
In order to renew an Associate Broker, Broker or Designated Broker's license,
21 hours of continuing education, including the core course, are required.

Core Courses:  Either "New Laws and Rules" or "What Am I- And Why Is It Important?" will be accepted by the Maine Real Estate Commission for licensees renewing through December 31, 2008. Renewals beginning January 1, 2009 must include "What Am I- And Why Is It Important?"
